Eligibility Criteria for AAI SSCO Consultant Recruitment 2026
• Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a recognised university.
• Professional Qualification: Basic ATC Course/ATM and AL (Basic) and GCA/ATSS Course.
• Required Experience: Minimum of 05
years of ATC duties with at least one year of ATC duties at a joint user Defence Airfields

Age Limit
Age should not be more than 50 years of age as on the last date for submission of application. Date of retirement from the Indian Army / Indian Navy / Indian Air
Force / Indian Coast Guard and the last date for submission of application mentioned in the advertisement, should not excee 06 years.
AAI SSCO Consultant Recruitment 2026 Remuneration And Allowances
As per DoPT OM F. No. 3-25/2020-E.IIIA dated 09/12/2020, “A fixed monthly amount shall be admissible, arrived at by deducting the basic pension from the pay drawn at the time of retirement. The amount of remuneration so fixed shall remain
unchanged for contract term. There will be no annual increment/percentage increase during the contract period.”
Allowances (As per DoPT OM F. No. 3-25/2020-E.IIIA dated 09/12/2020)
• HRA is not admissible.
• Transport Allowance – An appropriate and fixed amount as Transport Allowance commuting between the residence and the place of work shall be allowed not exceeding the rate applicable to the appointee at the time of retirement. The amount remain unchanged during the term of appointment. However, retired employees engaged as consultants may be allowed TA/DA on official tour, if any, as per their entitlement at the time of retirement.
