Selection Process for SBI SCO Recruitment 2026
Candidates selection process will be on the basis of shortlisting followed by Interview and CTC negotiation (The Interview for the posts at Sl. No. 1 to 4 will include a 10-minute presentation by shortlisted candidates on relevant job profile/ projects undertaken/ milestones achieved)
• Shortlisting: Mere fulfilling the minimum qualification and experience will not vest any right to candidate for being called for interview. The shortlisting committee will decide the shortlisting parameters and adequate number of candidates. No correspondence will be entertained
• Interview: Interview will carry 100 marks for GM & Chief AI officer, DGM (Risk and Operational Analytics), DGM (AI Governance and Compliance), and DGM (Data Engineering, Model Application Dev and AI Ops). Shortlisted candidates will be required to deliver presentation of 10 minutes on the relevant job profile/ projects undertaken/ milestones achieved). The qualifying marks in interview will be decided by the Bank. No correspondence will be entertained.
• CTC Negotiation: CTC Negotiation will be done, with the candidates one-by-one at the time of Interview or after completion, separately.
Merit List: Merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order based on scores obtained in interview.
