CPCL Non-Executive Recruitment 2026 Selection Process
• The selection process will comprise a Computer Based Test (CBT), followed by Document Verification of certificates/testimonials of candidates shortlisted based on CBT performance, and thereafter a Skill, Proficiency and/or Physical Test (SPPT). CBT test will be conducted for a total of 120 marks and will comprise two parts detailed above.
• A penalty of ¼ mark shall be deducted for every wrong answer.
• Candidate will have to secure a minimum of 40% marks in CBT Test.
• Relaxation in minimum qualifying marks in CBT by 5% will be applicable to SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
• Shortlisted candidates, in the ratio of 1:3 (three candidates for one post) subject to securing minimum qualifying marks in the CBT test will be shortlisted.
CPCL Non-Executive Recruitment 2026 Application Fee
General, EWS and OBC candidates are required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of Rs.500/- though Online mode (SBI e-pay) using either Debit/Credit Card/UPI or through Net-Banking only. CPCL will not be responsible for non-receipt / bouncing back of any email sent to the candidate. Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. SC /ST / PwBD / ExSM / Women candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
CPCL Non-Executive Recruitment 2026 Pay Scale
Selected candidates will be appointed in the Non-Supervisory Cadre (Grade IV) in the IDA pay scale of Rs. 25,000–1,05,000/-, with a starting basic pay of Rs. 25,000/- subject to being found medically fit as per the Company’s prescribed medical standards. In addition to the Basic Pay, candidates selected will be entitled for DA, HRA / Self-Lease, PF, Gratuity, LTC / LFA, Reimbursement of Medical expenses, Superannuation benefits, etc., as per the rules.
