Required Eligibility for IOCL Executive Recruitment 2026
• Graduate Engineer in Grade ‘A’: full-time B.Tech./BE/Equivalent degree from an Institutions/Deemed Universities duly recognized by AICTE/UGC in Chemical, Civil Computer Science and Information Technology, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation and Mechanical disciplines.
• Officer (Marketing) in Grade ‘A’ : 2 years full-time Regular qualification Masters in Business Administration (MBA) / Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (equivalent to MBA as per AIU) with specialization in Marketing Management from College/ Deemed University duly recognized by AICTE/ UGC.

• Officer (Law) in Grade ‘A’: Full-time Regular qualification Graduate Degree in any discipline AND Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) OR 5 years Integrated LLB Degree from Institutions duly recognized by AICTE/UGC with General/EWS/OBC (NCL) 60% and SC/ST/PwBD 55% marks. This post requires post qualification experience of 2 years in the relevant field (as on 30.06.2026).
• Assistant Quality Control Officer in Grade ‘A0’: Full-time Regular Master’s Degree from an organization duly recognized by AICTE/UGC with General/EWS/OBC(NCL) 60% marks SC/ST/PwBD 55% marks and minimum 02 years of cumulative post qualification experience needed.
• Diploma Engineer in Grade ‘E0’ : Full-time Regular Diploma (3 years) in engineering qualifications from Institutions duly recognized by AICTE/UGC/State Board in Electrical, Mechanical, Safety with General/EWS/OBC(NCL) 65% marks and SC/ST/PwBD 55% marks.
