IBPS SO Recruitment Selection Process
Selection process includes some stages such as Preliminary Examination, Main Examination, Personal Interview, Final Merit List
1. Preliminary Examination
Online Preliminary Examination will be conducted and questions will be covered from subjects English Language, Reasoning Ability, Quantitative Aptitude and Professional Knowledge. Total number of questions are 100 and full mark is 125. Total duration is 80 minutes (1 hour 20 minutes).
2. Main Examination
Prelims qualify candidates will appear for Main Exam where pattern of exam varies post wise. For Agriculture Field Officer, IT Officer and HR/ Personnel Management Officer and Marketing Officer exam pattern may be same and questions will come from subjects of English, Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude and Professional Knowledge. 3. Personal Interview
Candidates who cleared Prelims and Mains will be selected for interview round followed by final merit list and appointment allotment.
