IBPS PO Recruitment 2026 Selection Procedure
Applicants selection process consists of 5 stages like Preliminary Exam, Main Exam, Interview, Document Verification and Final Merit List.
1. Preliminary Exam
Prelim exam will be conducted online and questions will be objective-type from English, Mathematics, Reasoning subjects.
2. Main Examination
Preliminary qualified candidates will be selected for appearing Main Exam. Candidates are holding rank in this stage will be considered final selection and interview stages.
3. Interview
Qualified candidates will appear for interview round, which contains 100 marks.
4. Document Verification

Examination Pattern for IBPS PO Recruitment 2026
Preliminary Examination
Subjects will be covered in Prelims are Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning and English Language where Quantitative Aptitude subjects contains 35 questions for 40 marks and duration is 20 minutes. English Language contains 30 questions for 30 marks and duration is 20 minutes. Reasoning ability contains 35 questions for 40 marks. Duration is 20 minutes.
Main Examination
