Required Eligibility for HEMRL Apprentice Recruitment 2026
• Only Indian Nationals are Eligible
• Educational qualifications must from a recognized Board/University
• Candidates who have passed the qualifying examination in the last Five years (2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, & 2026) are ONLY eligible.
• Applications of those candidates who have appeared in the qualifying examination but whose results have not been declared/available as on the Last date of application Submission are not eligible.
• Higher qualification candidates are not eligible
• Candidates who have completed the qualifying examination as regular candidates are eligible to apply.
• Candidates who had apprenticeship training or at present undergoing apprenticeship training under any organization or job experience for one year or more after attaining the essential qualification are not eligible.
• PwBD candidates are eligible only for the designated trades as per Apprenticeship Rules, 1992.
• Candidates shall ensure that they fulfil all eligibility conditions for the apprenticeship training.
Required Age Limit
Candidates minimum age not less than 18 years. For maximum age and relaxation as per the Apprentices Act 1961, Apprentice Rules 1992 and NATS 2.0 Guidelines.
Selection Process for HEMRL Apprentice Recruitment 2026
• Depending upon the vacancies available in various categories and disciplines, candidates will be shortlisted on basis of academic merit/ written test/interview/ walk-in interview, or combination of these, subject to satisfactory verification of documents.
• HEMRL reserves the right to adopt its own shortlisting method and is not obliged to shortlist all candidates who fulfill the minimum requirement. Mere fulfillment of requirements laid down in the advertisement does qualify a candidate for selection.

HEMRL Apprentice Recruitment 2026 Stipend
Candidates who will be appointed for Graduate Apprentice will undergo one year Apprentice Training as per Apprentice Act- 1961. During training period, candidates will get Rs.15,000/- monthly stipend.
HEMRL Apprentice Recruitment 2026 Instructions and Conditions
• The selected candidate must execute a contract for at least one-year of training as per the Apprentices Act, 1961, and Apprentice Rules, 1992.
• The period of training of one year commencing from the date of execution of the apprenticeship contract.
• Selected candidates will be informed through email with further joining instructions; no correspondence will be entertained from the candidates not selected for training.
