Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) has been released notification for CRPF Recruitment 2026 for the posts of Head Constable and Constable (General Duty) under Advt. No : R.II-21/2026-Sports under Sports Quota- 2026 in CRPF. Applications are invited from Male/Female Candidates who are ordinarily residents of India. A total of 521 posts out where 182 posts are for head Constable and 339 posts are for Constable. Applications process will start from 12 October 2026 to 11 November 2026.

The recruitment is only for meritorious medal winners/ position holders and/or participants. Online applications are invited from eligible Indian citizens (both for Male & Female) for filling up 521 vacancies for the Non-Gazetted & Non-Ministerial posts of Head Constable/Constable (General Duty) in Group “C” on temporary basis In Central Reserve Police Force against SPORTS QUOTA. Eligibility Criteria for CRPF Recruitment 2026
Candidates educational qualification, age and Sports qualifications are below:

Important Points:
• Sports achievement/certificate should be of last two years from the date of publication of recruitment advertisement in Newspapers/websites.
• Date of Birth and name as recorded in the Matriculation/Secondary Examination Certificate or an equivalent certificate will only be accepted by the CRPF for age and name. No subsequent request for its change will be considered or granted.
• Fulfil all eligibility conditions and should be in possession of all certificates as on the last date of receipt of application. Candidates appearing in the examination/awaiting result, not in possession of educational/sports certificates are not eligible & need not to apply
• All educational and sports qualification certificate except Central Board/ State Board should be accompanied with Government notifications declaring the equivalence of qualification for service under Central Government.
• Applications in respect of Sportspersons who are serving in any Govt./Semi Govt. department will be submitted through their employer along with ‘No objection Certificate’-“A”. Application submitted without ‘No objection Certificate’ will not be accepted.
• The selected candidates should submit a bond to serve for a minimum period of three years with Force or for a specific period. The concerned Sports personnel shall give an undertaking through a Bond of the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- that would serve the Force for 3 years to promote sports before tendering resignation for better employment or any other ground.

Age Limit
Candidates age should be 18 to 23 years. Candidate should not have been born earlier than 02/01/2003 and later than 01/01/2008. Cut-off date for determining age will be 01/08/2026.

Application Fee for CRPF Recruitment
Male candidates of UR, OBC and EWS category should pay Rs. 100/- as application fee. Fee are exempted for females and candidates belonging to SC, ST and Ex-servicemen category. The application fee shall neither be refunded nor adjusted any other recruitment process under any circumstances.
Selection Process for CRPF Recruitment 2026
Players who represented or won medal(s) in the competitions during the period from 30/09/2024 to 30/09/2026 shall be eligible for Head Constable/GD & Constable/GD (Sportsperson) in CRPF. Online Admit Cards will be issued to the candidates found in order to appear in the recruitment process like Identity check, checking of testimonials/documents, Physical Standard Test (PST), Sports Trial Test and Detailed Medical Examination/Review Medical Examination.

The application must be submitted through online mode. Candidates applying for CRPF should follow below steps:
