BPCL Non-Executive Recruitment 2026 Application Fee
• Candidates belonging to General, EWS and OBC (NCL) category have to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs 200/-

Selected shall be on probation for a period of one year and shall draw initial basic pay in the corresponding pay scales. There are also Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA) at the applicable rates. Other applicable allowances and benefits include Perquisites @ 35% of basic pay, North-East allowance @ 10% of basic pay, HRA, CMER, Medical Facility, Post Retirement Medical Scheme (PRMS), Defined Contribution Pension Scheme (DCPS), etc. will be admissible as per Company rules.

1. Candidates fulfilling all the eligibility criteria, will be considered for further Selection Process.
2. Screening and selection will be based on the details provided by the candidates such as accurate, full and correct information. Furnishing wrong / false information will be a reason for disqualification.

3. Before registering applications, the candidates should possess the following:
