IOB Specialist Officer Recruitment 2026 Exam Pattern
IOB exam pattern is based on subjects English Language, Professional Knowledge of 100 marks for 100 questions within 2 hours duration. Medium is English & Hindi. There will be minimum qualifying marks with 30% for reserved candidates and 35% for unreserved candidates. There is 1/4th of the mark allotted to deduct for eachwrong answer. No penalty for an unattended question.

Probation Period
For Generalist Officer (Branch Management) in Scale II post, candidates will be on probation for a period of 6 months from the date of joining.
For Security Officer JMGS I post, selected candidates will be on probation for a period of 2 years from the date of joining.
For all other posts, Candidates selected will be on probation for a period of 1 year from the date of joining.
