Selection Process of CIL Management Trainee
The selection process for the CIL Management Trainee Recruitment 2026 includes multiple rounds. There is no interview round.
1. Computer Based Test (CBT):
Candidates must appear in an online written examination.
2. Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates who clears written test will be called for verification of educational and personal documents.
3. Medical Examination: Candidates must meet the medical fitness standards prescribed by Coal India Limited.
