Selected candidates who will be appointed in the posts of Manager and Junior Executive by AAI will receive monthly attractive pay scale. For Junior Executive roles, monthly salary is ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 (E-1 Grade) and approximate CTC is 14 lakh per annum. For Managers post, ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000 (E-3 Grade) monthly pay. Approximate Annual CTC is 21 lakh. With basic pay, additional allowances and benefits are Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Medical Facilities, Leave Travel Concession (LTC), Provident Fund (PF), Gratuity, Performance Related Pay (PRP), and other benefits as per AAI rules.
